Fail to connect Saleseforce user to PDFfiller

When the DaDaDocs package was installed under the administrator credentials and the other non-admin users were added to the organization, then each of the users can only use their DaDaDocs instances if the admin has PDFfiller account connected to the DaDaDocs as well.

If the admin does not have PDFfiller account connected to the DaDaDocs application, then users with PDFfiller accounts when trying to use PDFfiller will get the following error.

In this case, an administrator should log in to his PDFfiller account and connect it to DaDaDocs.
