How to add watermarks?

Add a custom watermark to PDF documents using the Add Watermark tab.

Proceed to the Add Watermark tab on the right to expand the Watermark options.

Check the box and add the text that will appear in the watermark.

After the orientation, size, and the opacity of the watermark have been defined, you can view the changes directly in your document by selecting the pages you’d like to apply your watermark to.

To hide the watermark, uncheck the box.

Date

Add the date to each page of your document: Check the Date box in the Watermark tab and use the dropdown menu to format the date view.

The current date appears by default, select a date from the calendar to adjust it.

Change the date size with the slider and position the date on the page.

Page numbers

Number the pages of a document with Page Numbering in the Watermark tab. Check the Page Numbering box and use the dropdown menu to format the page numbers.

Change the size with the slider and select the position on the page in the menu.

To hide the page numbers, uncheck the box.

Bates numbering

Number the pages of a document with Bates Numbering when the use of unique identifiers for each page of a document is required for reference and retrieval.

Check the Bates Numbering box and use the dropdown to adjust the format.

Customize the Bates Numbering start number, prefix, suffix, size and position on the page.
